A man who crashed into a Christmas parade float full of children Saturday night in Mondovi, Wis. is facing his seventh OWI charge after the incident.
According to authorities, the 52-year-old man slammed his car into a float full of young children Saturday evening and then ran away after the crash. Several reports said a witness detained him until police arrived. No one was injured in the accident.
The Mondovi man is facing hit-and-run charges as well as his seventh drunk driving offense.
