On November 21-22, Attorney Patrick Dunphy will serve as one of the faculty members for the AAJ seminarThe Newest Innovations in Case Framing in Atlanta, Georgia. The seminar is part of the AAJ’s line of Next Step Seminars, providing hands-on training for attorneys who want to compellingly and accurately portray their clients’ stories to jurors.
This seminar will cover the science, intuition, and psychology behind case framing. Equipped with this knowledge, legal professionals will be able to express their clients’ stories in a powerful way. People in attendance at this seminar will be able to work directly with faculty to take what they learn and apply it to real cases.
For more than 30 years, Mr. Dunphy has been advocating on behalf of his clients at trial. As a faculty member, he brings years of experience and insight into jury persuasion. Mr. Dunphy is an attorney who can tell his clients’ stories in such a way that it can maximize recovery, even in the most complex cases.
