Attorney Brett A. Eckstein has dedicated his career to representing clients in need of experienced personal injury, appellate, and civil rights legal representation. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from Marquette University Law School, where he was a member of the Moot Court, the Marquette Law Review, and was on the dean’s list. Following his graduation, Mr. Eckstein worked as a law clerk under Wisconsin Court of Appeals Chief Judge R. Thomas Cane and Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice Louis B. Butler, Jr.

Since joining the law firm of Cannon & Dunphy S.C. as a personal injury lawyer, Mr. Eckstein has secured numerous verdicts and settlements for his clients, and his tireless efforts in the courtroom have not gone unnoticed.
