A 3-year-old boy died Friday when his brother ran over him with a skid steer loader.
According to reports, the 7-year-old was apparently giving rides to his siblings when the 3-year-old fell out and was then run over in the Town of New Bern, located in Marathon County. The child died at the scene and the accident is under investigation. According to an article on wtaq.com, the authorities are not expecting to file criminal charges in connection with the accident.
